Mother'Love’s Just Ferment || Kraut Workshop will delve into the skill and mastery of fermenting sauerkraut. In case you hadn’t noticed, we are huge cabbage lovers and this is by far one of the best and simplest ferments to support optimal gut health. And did we mention that sauerkraut has the most probiotics in one tablespoon then any other ferment?

Let us tease your tastebuds with a ferments tasting, dive into the centuries old practice of cabbage fermenting and share with you our secrets and tips for making the best kraut batches around.
