MotherLove’s Just Ferment | Kraut Workshop will delve into the skill and mastery of fermenting sauerkraut. In case you haven’t noticed, we’re huge cabbage lovers and this by far is one of the best ferments for supporting good gut health.

We will tease your tastebuds with a ferments tasting, dive into the centuries old practice of cabbage fermenting and share with you our secrets and tips for making the best kraut batches around.
