Its spicy! Its fermented! Its full of probiotics. And its damn delicious. Join us for our Kimchi in the Kitchen Workshop and create your very own batch of kimchi.

The Art of making kimchi is a beautiful process. It tantalizes your senses with a cornocopia of beautiful flavours, colors and smells. This hands-on, interactive workshop will leave you with the confidence you need to start making this centuries old Korean, lacto-fermented dish at home. Experience an array of fermented products with a tasting of kombucha, kefir, kraut and of course kimchi. All particpants make a mini batch of kimchi to bring home and ferment.
